Thundercat Electronixx Limited Warranties

Sam's Fox ThunderCats warrants ThunderCat Electronixx branded items purchased from us, either directly or through an agent participating in our authorized resellers program, to be free in defects in workmanship and materials for the following terms/conditions:

Thundercat TCSF-02 and TCSF-03 Electronic Turn Signal Sequencer Kits
TCSF-02 Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. Should the module fail and need replacement within one year, the replacement will also carry a lifetime warranty. Should it fail after one year, the replacement will carry a one year warranty from date of issue. Only the sequencer module itself is covered - Wiring harnesses, misc connectors, or any other component included in the kit are not covered under any warranty. Warranty also does not cover the physical appearance of the module itself
TCSF-03, TCSF-03D, TCSF-03M Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. Should the module fail and need replacement within one year, the replacement will also carry a lifetime warranty. Should it fail after one year, the replacement will carry a one year warranty from date of issue. Only the sequencer module itself is covered - Wiring harnesses, misc connectors, sockets, bulbs, flashers, or any other component included in the kit are not covered under any warranty. Warranty also does not cover the physical appearance of the module itself

Thundercat TCWWF-F, TCWWF-R, TCWWF-4, TCWWF-FSS and TCWWF-4SS Flashers
TCWWF flasher module family One year warranty to the original purchaser. Only the module includes a warranty. Any wiring harness and/or fuse holders or any other components included with the kit are not covered by any warranty. Warranty also does not cover the physical appearance of the module itself. Warranty is VOID if flasher is used to operate a light or combination of lights exceeding 100 watts per output.

Notice about installing wig/wag flashers into your vehicle:
The use of a flashing headlight system may be regulated by federal, state, provincial, county or municipal authorities. It is the responsibility of the end user to learn of and comply with those regulations
The installation of headlight flashers may shorten life of the high beam headlight bulbs

Thundercat TCSMLED, TCMRLED, TCMDLED, TCMXLED LED light series

All of our LED lighting products carry a one year warranty. The warranty breaks down as follows:
LED "chips" (the actual light sources) Should any individual LED chips stop functioning within 90 days of purchase, or should greater than three individual LED chips stop functioning after 90 days but within one year the unit will be eligible for repair/replacement. Should three or fewer individual chips fail after 90 days this will be considered normal wear and tear and the unit shall not be considered defective.
Internal flasher Should the internal flasher stop functioning within one year of date of purchase the lamp will be eligible for warranty repair. This repair may consist of repairing the lamp module, replacing it with a new lamp module, or supplying an external flasher to be used with the defective lamp module. Such decision is at our sole discretion.
Housings The housing/body of the lamp is warranted for one year against rust-through corrosion or breakage not caused by impact. The lenses are guaranteed against yellowing/fading. Damage caused by impact, abuse, lens breakage, etc is not covered. Surface corrosion or peeling paint is not covered.
Any other components included in kit Any other components not mentioned above, including but not limited to any switches, wiring harnesses, mounting hardware, packaging, etc, are not covered under any warranty.

Notice about installing flashing lights into your vehicle:
The use of flashing lights, especially the colors displayed, may be regulated by federal, state, provincial, county or municipal authorities. It is the responsibility of the end user to learn of and comply with those regulations
All warranties are voided if evidence of impact, abuse, tampering, neglect or improper electrical connections are found. The installation of our sequential flashers and emergency flashers require modification to standard wiring harnesses. These modifications may affect the warranty of your vehicle. It is the responsibility of the end user to verify warranty conditions with the vehicle manufacturer. Thundercat Electronixx assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury that may result from using, installing, or servicing our products. This includes any damages that may result from product malfunction, improper installation or failure to comply with federal, state, local or provincial laws. It is up to the installer to ensure that proper precautions have been made and protections are in place (fuses, proper gauge wiring, correct components being used, etc) and that applicable laws are observed. Thundercat Electronixx assumes no responsibility for any losses that may arise from the loss of use of the product or of the vehicle in which the product is installed. It is the sole responsibility of the installer to return the vehicle to a safe, legal, usable state when any of our products are removed for warranty return. Any costs associated with removing or reinstalling the product and returning it to us for warranty consideration are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Our refund policy: Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Item must be in new, unused, resellable condition. Shipping is non refundable under any circumstances and a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM LAMP COLORS.  Such color combinations are made especially for you and cannot easily be resold, so they are sold with the implication that they are non-returnable except for warranty purposes.  “Custom” color combinations include any color combination involving green. Any other color combination is considered “stock” and is covered under the refund policy.

In the unlikely event that something happens to your ThunderCat product you must first write us via Email at sequential@foxthundercats.com to make sure a warranty claim is necessary. If it is decided that a warranty claim is necessary we will send you, via E-mail, instructions on how and where to send your faulty module. Failure to follow the instructions we provide to you WILL result in our customs brokerage firm rejecting the parcel, which will in turn result in lengthy delays as the parcel is marked “return to sender”. If we direct you to return a module you must send it postage paid via USPS/Canada Post. You must use the post office - any parcels arriving via a private carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or others will not be accepted. When we receive your module we will test it, and, if it is defective, we will either repair it, issue you a replacement, or in the case of a bad internal flasher, we may provide an external flasher. If you are requesting a refund and your item qualifies (i.e. is new/unused/not custom color) you will be issued a refund equal to your original purchase price excluding shipping, minus the 20% restocking fee. Any warranty/refund related decision is at the sole discretion of Sam's Fox ThunderCats, and is decided case by case. We reserve the right to provide a replacement that meets or exceeds the specification of the original item. Please note that as our module designs are frequently updated, if you send us a warranty claim we will send you the most current design regardless of the module you have sent us. Functionality and compatibility between module designs are guaranteed, so you'd just install the new one the same way as the old.

Shipping any item back to us, and any associated costs, is the responsibility of you, the purchaser. If, after testing, we find that a repair or replacement is warranted, we will assume the cost of shipping the module back to you. Please note that the warranty applies only to the original module purchased from us, and only applies to the original purchaser. Any replacement lamps or parts will carry the balance of the original warranty.
